LX20E2 – the 20-channel analytical vaping machine
The LX20E2 offers 20 individually programmable vaping channels for the testing of higher sample amounts of e-cigarettes, vaporizers and tobacco heating products. All single channels of the vaping machine are connectable individually to the most common trapping systems like Cambridge Filter Pads, Liquid traps (Impingers) or electrostatic precipitation. Optionally each port can be equipped with aerosol detection units to control aerosol flow. Other features and options are the integrated free adjustable sample activation units and the sample holders keeping every test specimen in the ideal position and the approved swiveling puffing bar of the LX20E2 allows the user vaping in various angles to the horizontal position.
The complete sequence of the vaping process is coordinated by the control unit according to the master/slave principle. The operator is guided through the self-explanatory software and informed about LX20E2's current status as comprehensively as possible. By Ethernet interface the LX20E2 can be linked to central computer systems for transfer of vaping plans and result tables.
